Description of duties :
. Directs the activities of the retrocession administration department to assure timely and accurate retention management, including retro policy administration, premium payments, treaty compliance and financial reporting.
· Ensures the effectiveness of Retrocession Administration by producing exception reports and monitoring the quality and quantity of information received from the assumed client company and the information sent.
· Develops relationships with retrocession Aires and seeks resolutions to limit exposure per insured and ensure compliance with retro
. Serve as system owner for specific system used for retrocession administration, billing, and data analysis including managing ongoing maintenance.
Requirements :
. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
. 4 – 5 years Experience in Reinsurance related
