Description of duties :
· Foster and enhance current business connections to boost the generation of potential leads and the average business scale.
· Discover, introduce to, and successfully sell the capacity to fresh leads and potential clients.
· Maintain relationships with existing clients, partners, stakeholders, and other relevant industry players.
· Create proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients or partners, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of the company’s offerings.
· Negotiate terms, contracts, pricing, and other details with clients and partners.
· Contribute to the development of the company’s overall business strategy, especially in terms of expansion and growth opportunities.
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts.
· Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development efforts.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· 3 – 5 years’ prior industry related business development experience in Reinsurance companies
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
